The guarantee

If the Academy isn't for you, email josh@unglued.co.uk within 14 days of your first payment and you get the lot back. No forms, no interrogation.

After that

Monthly payments after the first 14 days aren't refundable, but cancelling takes about ten seconds from your account page and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Nobody has to email anyone to cancel.

Fairness note

The guarantee exists so joining is a no brainer, not as a free download window. Accounts that join, grab everything and refund repeatedly won't be able to rejoin.
