Terms of service
The Unglued Academy is run by Joshua Brown, trading as Unglued, based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.
What you get
A monthly subscription gives you access to every published lesson, project file and download for as long as your subscription is active, plus new modules as they are released. The roadmap shows what is planned; release timing can change.
What you can't do
- Share your account or login links with anyone else
- Download, rip, re-upload or redistribute the lessons
- Resell, sublicense or use the content to build a competing course
Project files and samples are licensed for use in your own music, including commercial releases. That licence does not include reselling them as sample packs or templates.
Billing
Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy for the money back guarantee.
Ending accounts
Accounts that break these terms, most obviously by sharing content or logins, can be closed without refund.
The boring but honest bits
The content is education, not a guarantee of results, signings or income. The service is provided as is, and liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
